DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are sent with courier ACS or TAXYDROMIKI, depending on location of recipient and regardless of order weight or value. In any case we inform you with mail or sms (at your mobile phone) with the voucher number so you will be able to track your order through the “Track & Trace” service of the courier companies at the respective sites www.acscourier.net/en/home or www.taxydromiki.com/en/track

All orders with value lower than € 45 have a delivery cost of € 5. Orders with value equal or higher to € 45 are sent free of charge. All orders paid on delivery have an extra delivery cost of € 3,50. If you choose to  prepay your order with bank deposit or credit card then payment cost is € 0.

Only prepaid orders will be proceeded. Weight of orders must not exceed 500 grams. If you aren’t sure for the weight of your order please e-mail us (in English, French, Italian or Greeks) and we’ll instruct you accordingly. Orders will be dispatched with express mail with ELTA (the Greek Public Post Company) and we’ll e-mail your individual tracking number so that you will be able to track your order through the tracking service of ELTA site at www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx . In countries where express mail is not offered by local Post Authority, then registered mail will be used and above remarks are valid. All orders abroad Greece, with value lower than € 45, have shipping cost of € 6. . Orders with value equal or higher to € 45 are sent free of charge.
