RETURNS POLICY / CANCELLATIONS

You can return the product you purchased up to 7 days after purchase and have it substituted with a new one of equal value or choose to get a credit note for a future purchase. To be accepted, product return must be unused and labels must not be removed (for sunglasses, eyewear cords, t-shirts and towels). For knives you must return individual box, silica cells, papers and all other wrapping materials.

Delivery cost of the new product is covered by the customer.
